Bug Description

using ghostty + TMUX (happens in normal terminal without it as well)
ubuntu 24.04
hermes via local llama.cpp server

blinking cursor cause prompt input box border lines to flash with it

Steps to Reproduce

1. run hermes
2. write prompt
3. cursor blinking repeatedly and the bottom two lines flash with it

could be a config of mine conflicting with the TUI but idk, hard to tell.

Expected Behavior

Would probably be fine if I could just turn off blinking cursor or the cycling through of those emojis whil the agent is thinking.

Something that doesn't give me a headache.
