Problem
In Hermes Desktop GUI, the Show Thinking toggle and reasoning effort levels are shown for all models regardless of whether the model actually supports them.
Example: DeepSeek V4 Flash forces reasoning output. Setting show_reasoning=false has no real effect, and reasoning effort levels are all ignored.
Expected
The UI should be model-aware: gray out or hide controls that the current model doesn't support.
