Bug Description
After executing /goal on the Windows version, once the goal is completed, the trigger of /goal will not stop automatically and will keep triggering until the maximum limit is reached.
Steps to Reproduce
1.run 'hermes' in windows terminal(powershell)
2. Sent a command: /goal lsdjflasjdf;ljasdlfja;sldjfalsdjf
3. It shows the task is completed, yet /goal keeps triggering repeatedly
4. Stop it manually by using /goal clear
Expected Behavior
Automatically stop when task objectives are completed /goal
Actual Behavior
The /goal command keeps triggering continuously even after the task is completed
