Bug Description

Get this error message every few minutes when using telegram. Only fix was to force a hermes update after every message. Installed Herems-Agent on two different machines and same issue occurs.

⚠️ Error code: 401 - {'error': {'message': 'No cookie auth credentials found', 'code': 401}}

Steps to Reproduce

Fun Hermes, chat with bot on telegram for a few minutes.

Expected Behavior

It should message back without errors.

Actual Behavior

It stops after a few minutes or when /approve@bot_name is accidentally used.
