  1. TTS generates correct Opus OGG with ✅
  2. But extract_media in gateway breaks parsing—the path is lost, and Russian letters are used as file names. ❌
  3. Plus, the auto-voice response (/voice tts) strictly uses .mp3 instead of .ogg. ❌
