Bug Description

When using the Hermes dashboard at /env, the 'Login' button for "MiniMax (OAuth)
Browser login" actually launches the Claude OAuth flow.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load the Hermes dashboard
2. Go to 'Keys'
3. Click 'login' next to Minimax (OAuth)

Expected Behavior

Should launch Minimax OAuth flow, not Claude

Actual Behavior

Launches Claude OAuth flow
