Bug Description

During tool usage, the agent sometimes gets stuck and stops progressing. However, as soon as I type a letter, it unblocks and continues using the tool.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Ask usage of tool
2. When some tool usage CLI block
3. Just tap a letter and all work
4. Then reblock
5. Just tap a letter and all work

Expected Behavior

Just running all the tool without blocking

Blocking on some tool
