Bug Description

Cannot switch to model gpt-5.3-codex-spark provided by openai-codex.
This model is very quick, and I feel it's good enough for the agent.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run hermes
2. try switching the model using /model gpt-5.3-codex-spark --provider openai-codex using CLI, Discord, or other registered chat channel
3. Failure to switch to it even though there's quite some usage left in the Codex account

Expected Behavior

Hermes Agent should try to soft accept user defined model names with openai-codex provider.

Actual Behavior

Failure to switch to gpt-5.3-codex-spark
