What's Going Wrong?

Just finished all the installation and started working on it, then tried to run the "Hermes Dashboard" without success.
Here are the error messages:

System Config: Windows 11 pro 25h2, WSL with Ubuntu. Hermes version v0.11.0
Using Edge to open it, but can't reach the page.
Asked Hermes to perform a quick check and said, "The dashboard component is missing.
Where to download the components?
