[Bug]: GITHUB_TOKEN environment variable has been set in ~/.hermes/.env file, but not available in terminal that provide by Docker. #1436

Bug Description

I am using version 0.2.0, and use docker based terminal only.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Run hermes config set GITHUB_TOKEN github_xxxx
  2. Run hermes
  3. Type "can you access GITHUB_TOKEN env variable?"
  4. response "no"

I have tried other command like "can you use github auth skill to access xxx repo".

Expected Behavior

response "yes"

Actual Behavior

response "no"
