The PR's base branch is set to master, but this PR causes 1579 rebuilds.
It is therefore considered a mass rebuild.
Please change the base branch to the right base branch for your changes (probably staging).

I copied a few of the commits here to separate PRs so that the number of rebuilds should be below 1500 after they are merged. |

I don't think that's worth the bother. We can make the call to skip over the number instead of artifically lowering it, when the result for master is the same. |

I'd rather increase the limit than bypass CI. |

The excessive rebuild count is justifiable by the large number of commits, because splitting them up into smaller changes would make the CI go green but not reduce the rebuild count on master.
