nixosTests.cryptpad started failing recently. For now just allow chown calls again, this is not worth wasting more time. Fixes NixOS#370717

I think this'll run nixosTests.cryptpad automatically, if it doesn't by tomorrow I'll try to remember how to ask ofborg to confirm... but this is ok locally.
