Description of changes
The build fails now in staging since #248866 was merged. We use
installerto install Python wheels instead ofpip, and it complains when a wheel contains duplicate scripts. To fix this, we can pull in saltstack/salt#63795 from upstream.I also moved the
propagatedBuildInputssection to below the patch sections. I think it makes more sense this way.Things done
