This commit allows to include `makeFlags` in a glibc derivation without clobbering the flags from `common.nix`
This commit causes glibc/info.nix to use the standard builder's `buildPhase` so things like `preBuild`, `postBuild`, `enableParallelBuilding`, etc work correctly.
