what's happening on darwin? -.-
is that also an issue on staging?

I looked into why Darwin on staging is broken by this, and it's because upstream has issues building. I'm testing a fix locally, but it will take some time to build.

tzdata: fix build on darwin
0515dbd 
Version 2022f doesn't build on Darwin because its detection of whether
getrandom is available doesn't work. This has been fixed upstream, and
we can pull in the patches.
