yes, I built on x86_64-linux. I can try the other platforms if needed, the box is a VM anyway |

MythTV version bump as discussed in issue 190082.

Version bump and disable-os-detection patch update by @zero-one01, fix-qmake-var-syntax patch by @acarrico applied here and merged upstream.
