Describe the bug
After upgrading to 19.09pre, I am always asked for a password to unlock from . I don't recall this happening in 19.03

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Configure KDE with KWallet enabled
2. Log out and back in
3. Try to launch chromium
4. Notice that a password is needed

Expected behavior
Password used for login is used to unlock kwallet.
