Describe the bug

The currently used repo for aws-vault is abandoned since years. see 99designs/aws-vault#1269

There is a maintained fork: https://github.com/ByteNess/aws-vault
So maybe switch the package to this fork

i wasn't sure if this is "just" a version bump ticket but since it is changing the repo i thought its more of a bug since it is not maintained anymore

Steps to reproduce

install aws-vault - its the same old version since year

Expected behaviour

i get a current version of aws-vault
