qutebrowser.aarch64-linux is currently broken on hydra because of python39Packages.pyqt5.aarch64-linux

ERROR: PyQt5-5.15.4-cp36-abi3-manylinux1_aarch64.whl is not a supported wheel on this platform.
Expected behavior
PyQt5 should build the python3.9 version of the wheel. It is currently building the python3.6 version.
