Describe the bug
When i open the notification center in KDE, i have an error
When i open logs
I have this taht is spammed (always : even when i don't open the notification center)

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- have a working KDE configuration with NixOS 20.03
- upgrade to NixOS 20.09
- notification center is broken
Expected behavior
KDE's notification center should work
