Describe the bug
Trying to sort plugins by selecting a group results in a red sccreen with a sad face and text "Failed to render".

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Pluings tab.
2. Go to sort by Group.
3. Select any group.
4. See error (full red screen with sad face and text "Failed to render")

Expected behavior
Plugins tab should only show plugins tied to thier group.

Additional context
1.15.1 works without issues. Any version above 1.15.1 does not work and will produce a "Failed to render error".
1.15.2 - "Failed to render error" when pressing manage groups (on the plugins tab) and adding, removing or changing rules.
1.16+ - "Failed to render error" when sorting by group (on the plugins tab) and picking any group.
