Describe the bug
When cloning a Collection to the workshop, all data from the Collection Instructions tab is lost.
Uploading a new version in this state bakes the loss into the update.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a Collection in the Workshop
2. In the Collection Instructions tab add/save text and enable Recommend new profile
3. Upload the draft
4. Remove the collection from Vortex entirely
5. Download the draft and clone to the workshop
6. Note that the Collection Instructions tab has no text and Recommend new profile is disabled
7. Upload the draft
8. Navigate to the collection export: \vortex_collection_\export\
9. Extract the latest 7z file and note that instructions are missing from the collections.json file

Expected behavior
Data should be copied to the workshop and Collection Instructions should reflect it.
