Describe the bug
When updating a mod from the 'site' domain, Vortex will download the file and either silently fail to install or throw the error shown below.

Additionally: Dragging and dropping mods from the 'site' domain also silently fails to install. The mod just sits in the "Never Installed" state. This warning log message occurs when updating silently fails as well.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Attempt to update an installed mod from the 'site' domain.
2. File will download and either silently fail to install, or throw the error.

Expected behavior
Should install normally and bring up dialogue to select which game to install to.
