Describe the bug
I'm on the latest beta version of Vortex (v1.16.0-alpha.5) (I believe this bug may potentially still exist in the newly released alpha.6) and I'm trying to download all of my New Veags collections to test the alpha. A bug that I found is that Vortex often gives me conflicting information regarding Loot sorting. The bell notification can say "Loot operation failed" AND simultaneously the new pop-up on the bottom of the screen will say, "Loot Sorting Successful". I have no clue how to exactly recreate the steps, but like I said this seems to happen to me often when I'm downloading collections, and it also happens if I'm enabling/disabling mods. It happens quite often for me when I relaunch Vortex and attempt to install a collection, or it will happen just as I'm using automatic deployment of mods when I make mod changes and with automatic sorting of plugins.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Steps to reproduce are unknown, however, I will give a rough idea as to how I have this occur.

1. Be on v1.16.0-alpha.5 of Vortex.
2. Make sure Auto Sorting is enabled for the plugins.
3. Make sure Auto Deployment is enabled (when mods are enabled/disabled/etc.)
4. Attempt to download one of my New Veags collections.

(Alternatively, you may try playing around with enabling/disabling mods, closing and relaunching Vortex, pausing a collection download/install mid-download/install or potentially disabling and reenabling Auto Sorting of plugins, or things of the sort).

Expected behavior
The plugins should properly state if the plugins are actually sorted properly or not rather than both notifications occurring simultaneously.
