Task

The UI has to use config files as they are bundled with the app, however the rest of the modules should use environment variables

• replace the config for the other services (api, backend running servers, file server) etc with envars
• make a default envar in the config directory that is used as an example, for secrets put dummy values
• change CI to use this envar file
• put notes in the developer tutorial/readme about that this file needs to be loaded in the environment
