Use playwrite to run and ssr-fsl in neuroflame e2e checking for:

• login
• create a consortia
• go through the setup wizard for the consortia,
  this may require a subprocess call to pull the image, and some mocking of the system file select
• start the run and verify results

Just do this for one client for now
