The 'Edit' button in the Leader Notes panel in the consortium page is hiding and is only shown after user scrolls down with the slider. See video and pic here

Adjust the leader panel as shown below. Put the 'Edit' button to the right side of Leader notes in the same column like the 'Edit members' button in the Members panel. Also push the slider arrow icon to the next row .
