Show the 'Delete Run' button in the top right section next to 'view run results' button as shown in the pic.

Once user clicks Delete run, a small popup should say the foll:
Are you sure?
Please type the Consortium name below

With buttons 'Delete' and 'Cancel'

We just want the user to be really sure to delete the run that's all, if typing the consortium name and cross checking that is complicated then just have a pop that says 'Are you sure?' with 'Yes'/'No' buttons.

After they delete the run, they should see the 'Run list' screen as below'
