In next step of Optimism plugin implementation we have to do:
New features:

• Forward sendTransactoin calls to the sequencer.
• Adjust RPC receipts
• Forward pre-Bedrock rpc calls to Legacy geth
• Add pre-Canyon depositeNonce validaiton
  depositeNonce does not participate in receipt trie root hash calculation pre-Canyon, potentially can be loaded from trusted file, when we receive receipts from p2p
• Fix block/tx processor on rpc tracers
