The constraints that Conductor does on log4j is causing issues in conjunction with the Nebula publishing plugin that locks the version to 2.17.2.
We should just drop the constraints from Conductor, since it's already just depending on Spring Boot for log4j which brings in 2.17.2 for you. This unlocks anyone who depends on the conductor-client and conductor-common published libraries.
