  • Break up "Standard UAMs" into DHX and DHX2
  • When no uam list is configured, default to DHX and DHX2 in the form
  • Break up Kerberos options into rows instead of the table that clashed with the webmin layout
  • Added global options: zeroconf, spotlight, afpstats, mimic model
  • Tweaked global options layout
