Description
I am told from the work on the UNESCO Thesaurus that it is not possible for a crawler / an application to determine and follow the canonical URI of the Concept from a Concept page in Skosmos :
- The URI is not clickable (see Why isn't the URI in a concept page clickable ? #582).
- There is no
<meta rel="canonical"at the top of the page - There is no indication that the download links at the bottom of the page are alternative representations of the same resource
- There is no RDFa to indicate that the current page URL has a foaf:focus or schema:mainEntity or ... pointing to the URI of the Concept
Is there anything approaching in Skosmos ? I don't know exactly what would be the best solution for this, but it would be nice to allow a follow-your-nose approach for machines.
