The Skosmos 3 per-vocabulary search results page should have a sidebar with drop-down lists to limit the search by type, group, parent etc. just like in Skosmos 2.

The sidebar should have a label like "filter search results". Skosmos 2 called it "limitations" but that is bad terminology (see #978).
