Description of the enhancement

Skosmos 3 already has CSS files for different colour schemes, but there is no functionality yet to configure which one should be used.

What new functionalities would the enhancement make possible?

It should be possible to set up a global configuration parameres in config.ttl, e.g. skosmos:colorScheme "1" ; or skosmos:colorScheme "light" ; with one of the four used as the default color scheme if none are chosen.

• Cypress-axe checks for accessibility against the existing Skosmos page types
• PHPUnit tests exist for the configuration
