Move land lease inputs and outputs from cmod_communitysolar.cpp to common.cpp Add cf_land_lease_expense calculation to single owner, all equity flip, leveraged flip, sale leaseback and merchant plant Add land lease expense to operating expenses calculation For sale leaseback, add land lease to sponsor taxable income before incentives as for fuel expenses.
