Issue in cmod_utilityrate5 was that grid_outage was read in as size 1 and then used as size 8760 (m_num_rec_yearly). Updated and now results are consistent and the load year 1 matches with lifetime load (for first year). cmod_thermalrate should be updated similarly if grid_outage is to be used. |
