solar_resource_data is a parameter for the IPH trough model but it cannot be used because a weather filename (file_name) is required.

• file_name should be made optional like in cmod_tcsmolten_salt.cpp
• solar_resource_data should be added to the power trough model, also like cmod_tcsmolten_salt.cpp
