Describe the bug
In PVsamV1, the wiring and transmission losses are both calculated off of the same instance of AC power gross. These losses should be applied sequentially, and the current setup leads to larger losses than would really occur.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set up a detailed PV case
2. Specify a 50% wiring loss and a 60% transmission loss
3. Run the simulation
4. Gen is negative at times when the PV is generating

Expected behavior
The losses should be applied sequentially. For example, if both losses were 50%, then the total AC loss should be 75%.
