Update CEC module and inverter library with data from CEC Excel files downloaded on December 1, 2021.
Change default inverters for inverters no longer in new database:
Change SolarEdge SE6000 (residential) to SolarEdge SE6000x with the same parameters. According to CEC website, "x" stands for "blank, A or A-US". Solution is to change our default inverter, should not impact defaults.
Change SMA America SC750CP-US (FOM configs) to similar Yaskawa Solectria SGI 750XTM.
Chnage SMA America STP 60-US-10 (commercial configs ) to STP 62-US-41.
Updating these libraries requires running multi-hour test scripts to identify and remove modules and inverters with parameters that cause simulation errors. Instructions with test scripts and .sam files are here: https://github.com/NREL/SAM-documentation/tree/master/Developer%20Tools%20and%20Instructions/Wind%20and%20PV%20Libraries.
