Addresses #533 and #547: * Change wind distribution table option label * More meaningful default value for wind_resource_distribution matrix * Add 'en_wind_uncertainty' exclusive_var and new Wind Uncertainty None UI form so Uncertainties page can default to descriptive text instead of overwhelming inputs * Use en_wind_uncertainty to only display p90 Energy metric when uncertainties are enabled * Add nameplate capacity to Metrics table * Next commit of Help revisions will include revised description of uncertainty model option and new description of p90 Energy metric * Use exto wind Uncertainties

Looks good. I noticed that the Year 1 heat map on the Summary tab is empty, but perhaps that -- will resolve itself when this gets merged into Patch.
What were the steps you used to get that behavior? The autographs script is supposed to only produce a heatmap for the wind model in the case where the wind resource file is specified, but it should never be empty if patch on ssc is up to date. |

@mjprilliman, I tested with all of the possible wind resource options and the Summary tab heat map is working properly. I did not see an empty graph in these most recent tests. |
