-UI feature for cable voltages of marine array cables that tie into electrical infrastructure cost models
-Each of three cables (array cables, riser cables, export cables, has a modeled or user-input cable length)
-This can correspond to a modeled cable voltage, or user-selected (dropdowns)
-Existence of offshore substation can be modeled from cable voltages, or user-selected
-User-defined onshore substation specification
-Will schedule meeting for feature review
-Todo: get document(s) to link to for documentation
