Describe the bug

The merchant plant does not save revenue variables with an analysis period of 2, 5, or 10 years. The variable is overwritten with a single zero for some reason. It is likely that other shorter lengths also cause issues, but the variables appear correct with an analysis period of 25 years.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a merchant plant case
2. Change the analysis period to a value < 25 years
3. Go to the revenue page and select "Fixed cleared capacity and time series price"
4. Enter hourly data into the energy market price.
5. Save the file
6. Open the saved file
7. Go back to the revenue page - the values are missing

Expected behavior

Values should be saved regardless of analysis period
