Describe the bug

When running a 10% AC lifetime loss for the entirety of a one year simulation, the AC lifetime losses appear twice in the loss diagram:

Note that this system has not had availability or curtailment losses specified. The numbers under gross AC electricity and net ac electricity appear to be correct, the error is in the percentages.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a PV or PV plus battery case
2. Specify a 10% lifetime loss
3. Run the simuilation
4. Go to the losses page and see the issue

Expected behavior

Loss should only show up under the expected heading. Not sure whether this is a ssc side issue, or an lk/SAM side issue.

Operating System and Version

• OS: Windows
• Version 2021.12.02 r1 and patch branch, haven't tested in earlier versions
