Describe the bug

The Solar Resource File Checker macro displays an error about weather file time stamps that is not clear enough to identify the problem. For example, this one-minute weather file results in the following error message. The source of the problem is difficult to find in the file because of its large size.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download the weather file above.
2. Create a default Detailed PV / No Financial case.
3. Click Macros, and choose the Solar Resource File Checker macro.
4. Click Run macro.

Expected behavior

The error should display the values of month, day, and year that caused the problem.
