Describe the bug

PV configurations include Append Snow Data, PVsyst OND - PAN to SAM, Subarray Layout Optimization, and System Sizing macros that are not available for PV Battery configurations.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a file with a default Detailed PV / Single Owner and PV Battery / Single Owner case.
2. For each case, click Macros and compare the list of macros.
