The wind resource file "Download" interface limits the years to 2007-2013. The WIND Toolkit API, however, has data for 2007-2014 (https://developer.nrel.gov/docs/wind/wind-toolkit/wtk-srw-download/). The option for 2014 data through the SAM GUI is missing.

Add 2014 to the "Select year" drop-down list in the download interface.

Users can manually download 2014 data outside of SAM, but that requires lots of extra steps.
