Describe the bug

For the default fuel cell single owner case, selecting IRR target mode will bring up warnings about automated dispatch methods even if the battery is disabled.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the fuel cell-single owner case
2. Go to the revenue page
3. Select IRR target
4. Automated dispatch warning pops up even though battery is disabled

Expected behavior

Either the callback for the pop up should check en_batt, or the defaults should use a different dispatch option.
