Describe the bug

Opening a file saved in 2020.11.29 will result in the kWh value being overwritten by the default for that configuration (ex 4000 kWh for FOM, 20 kWh for BTM)

Update versions.lk to handle the new batt_bank_size_ui conventions in the GUI.
