Current solar models treat land cost as an installation cost, assuming land is purchased by the system owner. Most projects lease land. Land lease is an option for the new Community Solar financial model, so would be good to add to other financial models.

Requires updating cash flow calculations in SSC, and in SAM cashflow.lk for results page, and cash flow send-to-excel with equations. Use UI form from Community Solar for inputs.
