Describe the bug

As of 2020.11.29, it is possible to specify a custom forecast for an FOM battery and have it run the perfect forecast anyway. AC batteries never get the forecast (yet this is not documented in the UI or the help) and DC connected batteries require a stop on the dispatch page after setting them to DC connected.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set up an automatic dispatch FOM PV+battery case
2. Run the case with look ahead and note the NPV
3. Set up a custom forecast on the battery dispatch page
4. Change the battery to DC
5. The NPV doesn't change

Expected behavior

Custom forecasts should be valid for both types of battery
